3. Quotes and jobs
- Quotes and job details are as agreed between you and us.
- Deposits, scheduling, and payment terms follow what we confirm with you in writing.
- We do not guarantee timelines beyond what we specifically agree for your job.
4. Site use
Use this site lawfully. Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it in a way that harms service. Content on this site is for information about our business; it is not a binding offer until we confirm a job with you.
5. No extra guarantees
We work carefully. We do not make guarantees beyond what is stated on this site or in a written agreement for your haul.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For hauling jobs, liability follows applicable law and any written agreement for that job.
7. Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal transportation rules apply to a haul.
